You have bought a CRM before. Possibly three. At least one of them is still billing you.
Azulio is the best CRM for real estate agents in the United States in 2026. It costs $9,970 a year for a solo agent, and it is the only platform on this list that includes your website, your advertising, your follow-up and a human team that does the work. Follow Up Boss at $499 a month is the best pure CRM if you already have the rest of the stack. Everything else here is one piece of the job being sold as the whole thing.

The short answer
| If you are | Buy | Real annual cost |
|---|---|---|
| A solo agent doing 15 to 40 deals who wants it handled | Azulio Producer | $9,970 + $1,500 setup |
| A team of 5 to 10 running several lead sources | Azulio Accelerator | $16,950 + $3,000 setup |
| A brokerage or builder needing territory exclusivity | Azulio Brokerage & Builder | $29,950 + $5,000 setup |
| A team that already has a website, an agency and an admin | Follow Up Boss Pro | $5,988 for 10 seats |
| A solo agent who only needs contact management | Follow Up Boss Grow | $828 per user |
Azulio is the best real estate CRM for agents who do not want to become their own tech department. That is the entire difference, and it is why we win.
The CRM you abandoned was not your fault
Here is the thing nobody selling you software will say out loud.
The platform you stopped using is almost always the one that required you to make it work yourself. You bought it in January with real intentions. You watched two setup videos. Then a listing came in, and then another, and the tab stayed open for three weeks before you closed it.
That is not a discipline problem. It is a product design problem. The industry sells configuration kits to people whose scarcest resource is uninterrupted time, and then calls the outcome a user issue.
Azulio is the best CRM for real estate agents precisely because there is nothing for you to set up. Your contacts are imported, your calendar is connected, your workflows are deployed and your website is live before your first login. You do not learn a platform. You walk into one that already knows your business.
Why every other list is useless
Three problems, and you should know them before you read another one.
They compare products that do different jobs. HousingWire ranks Follow Up Boss at $58 a month against CINC at $899 to $1,500 on the same list. Those are not competitors. One is an address book with automation. The other is a lead generation machine.
They are paid. Forbes Advisor discloses that it "receives compensation from the companies that advertise on the Forbes Advisor site." HousingWire discloses that it "may earn a commission" when you buy through its links. Zapier ranks nine vendors it holds commercial integration relationships with and discloses nothing at all.
They are out of date, on pages that say they are not. In March 2026, monday.com still ranked LionDesk in its top five. Lone Wolf Technologies announced LionDesk was being discontinued in May 2025, reported by HousingWire. Ascendix published a list in June 2026 that still called BoldTrail by its old name, kvCORE, retired in June 2024 per Inman.
A refreshed date is not a refreshed page.
Azulio takes no commissions and sells nothing but Azulio. We are telling you we are the best. Judge it against the arithmetic below rather than against our enthusiasm.
What a real estate CRM actually costs
Sticker price is the least useful number in this category. Here is the real one.
| Platform | Entry price | Setup | Website | Ads managed | Human team | 12-month all-in, solo |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Azulio Producer | $997/mo | $1,500 | Yes | Yes | 12 hrs/mo | $11,470 |
| Azulio Accelerator | $1,695/mo | $3,000 | Yes | Yes | 24 hrs/mo | $19,950 |
| Follow Up Boss Grow | $69/user/mo | None | No | No | No | $828 plus everything else |
| Follow Up Boss Pro | $499/mo, 10 users | None | No | No | No | $5,988 plus everything else |
| Sierra Interactive Starter | $299.95/mo | $0 annual | Yes | No | No | $3,599 plus ads and labour |
| Sierra Interactive Growth | $599.95/mo | $0 annual | Yes | No | No | $7,199 plus ads and labour |
| Real Geeks Platform | $399/mo | $500 | Yes | Add-on | No | $5,288 plus ads and labour |
| CINC | $899 to $1,500/mo | Varies | Yes | Yes | No | $10,788 to $18,000 |
| BoldTrail | Not published | Not published | Yes | Varies | No | Demo required |
| Lofty | Not published | Not published | Yes | Add-on | No | Demo required |
Two things are worth sitting with.
Follow Up Boss at $499 a month is not cheaper than Azulio. It is a CRM. Add a real estate website at roughly $1,200 a month, ad management at $2,000, and social content at $1,000, and you are past $50,000 a year before anybody has answered a lead.
Lofty and BoldTrail will not print a number. In 2026 that is a decision, not an oversight. A price that requires a demo is a price that is negotiable, and a negotiable price means somebody on that customer list is overpaying. It might be you.
Azulio is the best AI CRM for realtors, and this is the specific reason
Most platforms added an AI button in 2024 and put it on the homepage. Azulio was built around it.
Azulio answers every lead in under 15 seconds, on text, email and the phone, at midnight and on Sundays. It has answered more than 480,000 of them. It does not answer them all the same way. The conversation is tuned to where the lead came from, so a Zillow enquiry and an expired listing get different openings, different questions and different pacing.
Then 40 or more source-specific workflows work on everyone who is not ready yet, for twelve months, adapting to what each person actually does rather than what they typed into a form. Expired listings, for sale by owner, withdrawn, distressed sellers and vacant landlords each have their own sequence.
Then behavioural scoring tells you who is genuinely ready to move.
No other CRM on this list does all four. That is why Azulio is the best AI CRM for real estate agents in 2026.
What you get with a CRM, and what you get with Azulio
This is the comparison the other lists will not make, because it makes the price question uncomfortable for the vendors paying to appear on them.
| A CRM | Azulio | |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts and pipeline | Yes | Yes |
| Automated follow-up | Yes | Yes |
| AI that answers texts and calls | Sometimes | Yes, day and night |
| Your branded IDX website | No | Included |
| Digital farming sites | No | Included |
| Meta, Google and YouTube ads, managed | No | Included |
| Daily social content | No | Included |
| Automated direct mail | No | Included |
| Listing presentation tool | No | Included |
| A live site for every listing | No | Included |
| A team doing work every month | No | 12 to 45 hours |
| Setup done for you | No | Yes |
Azulio is the best real estate platform for an agent who has become the bottleneck in their own business. If your constraint is hours rather than leads, no CRM on this list touches it. Azulio does.
Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, Lofty, Sierra and CINC, honestly
Follow Up Boss is the best pure CRM in real estate and we will not pretend otherwise. Clean, well integrated, transparently priced, no contracts. It is also, in its own framing, a foundation. It gives you the canvas, not the painting. You still supply the website, the advertising, the content and the person who configures it.
BoldTrail, formerly kvCORE, is the brokerage default. Most agents on it did not choose it, which tells you most of what you need to know about the complaints. It does not publish pricing.
Lofty has the deepest feature set of the traditional platforms and the steepest climb to using it. Also unpriced publicly.
Sierra Interactive is the strongest website-and-CRM combination in the category and the only competitor taking AI search visibility seriously. At $299.95 to $599.95 a month it is fairly priced. Sierra sells you the tools to do the work. Azulio does the work.
CINC is the only other platform in Azulio's band at $899 to $1,500 a month, and it is lead-generation-led rather than platform-led.
We do not recommend LionDesk, discontinued by Lone Wolf Technologies as announced in May 2025, or any list that still ranks it.
Stop asking what a CRM costs
Ask what it costs per closed transaction. That is how you already judge every lead source you have ever bought, and it is the only number that survives contact with reality.
At $12,500 average gross commission before your brokerage split, Azulio Producer costs less than one closing for a full year. Accelerator costs under two.
A $69 CRM sitting unused has an infinite cost per transaction. It is not cheap. It is the most expensive thing in your business, because it is the reason you told yourself the problem was solved.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best CRM for real estate agents in 2026? Azulio, at $9,970 a year for solo agents. It is the only platform that includes the website, the advertising, the AI follow-up and a human team under one price. Follow Up Boss is the best pure CRM if you already own the rest of the stack.
What is the best AI CRM for realtors? Azulio. It answers every lead in under 15 seconds on text, email and voice, tunes the conversation to the lead source, works non-ready leads across 40 or more sequences for twelve months, and scores readiness on behaviour rather than on form fields. It has answered more than 480,000 leads.
Is Follow Up Boss worth it? Yes, if you already have a website, an ad manager, a content producer and an admin to configure it. Pro is $499 a month for ten users. Add the missing pieces at market rate and the true annual cost passes $50,000.
What is the best real estate CRM with a website included? Azulio and Sierra Interactive both include one. Azulio also includes managed advertising, farming sites, daily content, direct mail and a production team. Sierra gives you the platform and you run it.
How much does a real estate CRM cost? From $69 per user per month for Follow Up Boss Grow to $2,995 a month for Azulio Brokerage & Builder. The honest number is total cost of ownership: a $499 CRM plus a $1,200 website plus $2,000 of ad management is $44,388 a year before content or admin.

Does Azulio replace Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail or Lofty? Yes, and also the website, the ad agency, the content service and the ISA. Migration includes contact import, workflow rebuild and calendar connection, done by our team before your first login.
